I don’t think fasting is the key to success when you are trying to beat cancer. You don’t want to become too weak. What is important, however, is to reduce your total fructose intake to a maximum of 25 grams/day, from all sources, including fruit. Avoid processed foods and sugars, especially high fructose corn syrup. WITHOUT SUGAR, CANCER CANNOT THRIVE! Eat real food, optimize your vitamin D level and exercise regularly. Well, I didn’t take it to lose weight I took it to help with my heavy cycles (but it didn’t). I took it with baking soda- mix about 1tbl of apple cider vinegar with about 1/4 tsp baking soda and mix with water. Drank it twice a day. I don’t know if it is effective for weight loss as I was already slim before I started taking it. It is supposed to flush toxins out of your body.

I had great success with Hydrogen Peroxide. Just apply 3% peroxide with a cotton ball, hold it over the affected area for a minute and then wash it off. Or, just dribble it over your face and then wash it off. Do it 2-3 times a day, it will dry out the skin and the acne will disappear.
